You can create mklink /d (link target) via command prompt to install on different drive destination folder. e.g. for (Steam version): mklink /d "C:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Metro Exodus" "D:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Metro Exodus"

Such a complicated thing when every game out there (and Steam too) asks you where you want to install said program... It seems like they are missing some basic features over there at Epic... But like... Real basic...

It may be complicated to novice users, but once you get used to it, it gets easier to create mklink.

Not saying its not easy to do. Its just that it shouldnt even be necessary to know and do this...

Go post your technical issues in the Epic forums, or in the Deep Silver Technical Support page scab.

When you click on install it should actually be coming up with a 'Choose Install Location' prompt. If it isn't coming up for you, and you don't have any other Epic launcher games installed, you could try to uninstall the launcher and reinstall it on the drive that has space and it should default all installs to the same directory.

Sometimes it's necessary to use mklink command in case if drive space is too low.
