What languages do you get?

I want to pre-order for being able to download as soon as possible. During the pre-order process I have to provide my region (Germany in my case). But I don't want to end up with game audio being in German only, or having to change the language of my launcher in order get another game language (as with Origin). None of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. But then I noticed that selecting "Germany" as region I end up with an "en-US" string in the web address of my shopping cart at the Epic Games store.

So my question is: What game regions are there really? What languages are available? And how can I make sure to be able to play in English? I am not gonna pre-order without that knowledge.
