Metro Exodus 3rd party site keys

We have been made aware of illegal stolen keys being sold by an unofficial key reseller.

These keys have been obtained illegally from the factory where physical key printing had taken place prior to the announcement of exclusivity with Epic Games, due to the criminal nature of these keys, all unlicensed keys have been deactivated and activation / download of Metro Exodus without the executable file is no longer possible. In addition, the software will be removed from the Steam library of any players using an unauthorised code. The keys being sold on this platform are stolen goods, and are therefore illegal.

If you have been affected we strongly recommend you contact the seller who sold you the unlicensed key and demand a refund.

The only supported key sellers for Metro Exodus were Humblebundle and the Razer store.

Metro Exodus will return to Steam after 14 February 2020.

We were not aware that they had gotten into the wrong hands. The binaries were disabled on these keys from the beginning, the community brought it to our attention that the games they had from the reseller were not updating. After an investigation we have become aware that they were stolen.

"Hello we are aware of the situation and we contacted the Publisher and they confirmed that they fully removed the support on steam so they sent us the replace codes for Epic Games version, can we send you the replace code now?"

So i got a replacement key for the epic store, which i never wanted. Stolen keys... my ass. How stupid do you think players are, it is crystal clear what you are doing here and now continue your boot licking of epic.

This was the last game i bought from this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ developer and their publishers..

Your clearly upset but legally that's what they he to do. At least you got a key for the game even if it's through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ epic launcher

The publisher and the Devs should have research Epic Games better before they took the deal, Epic games/store really has bad security with many users gotten their account hack. One even got hack 7 times since 2018, 2 security alerts even with 2 FA. With this kind of reputation its no wonder no sane gamer will ever use the Epic store.

Well, Valve has 77k accounts hacked each month. Since we still see it happen on the forums all the time, really shows that you can'f fix people, just like Epic cannot fix people either and the people you are talking about are doing stupid stuff to get their account hacked, just like how the people on Steam are doing stupid stuff to get their account hacked.

I'm not one to typically buy into the whole "omg shills" conspiracy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. However... do you get paid by the post? Cause here you are again attacking steam, ignoring Epic's (long list of) failings, and suckling Sweeney at every turn.
