Iron Mode issue
I think this game is not stable enough for something like Iron Mode, I mean, your game crashes, you've lost your progress, you accidently run of from stairs fall to the ground and die, you've lost your progress, you bug out and can't continue the game, you've lost your progress.
What's your opinion?

Yeah, its one of the last achievments I´m missing and I´m really concerned that due to bugs and crashes this will be an absolute nightmare.

Currently doing a slow Ranger Hardcore playthrough with collectibles and full crew. No crash or something until now in Taiga.

i was never a fan of achievements where you must complete the game..or a DLC ( or in this case a 5-6 hour level...)in one sitting..its not a test of your skill in a game but rather a test of your internet connection or how bug free you particular set up is or how much free time you have without being interrupted
in addition to crashes screwing up an Iron mode run ..i find it nearly impossible to have the spare time to devote to playing a game for 5-6 hours.. non stop ..to the exclusion of anything else in life
its strange they even have this as an achievement actually ..given that Exodus is one of the few remaining games these days that let you actually save anywhere...any time..instead of just at check points
i guess they had to make up for that my imposing the Iron mode level where you cant save anywhere during these long levels
no choice for me but to just pass on this achievo

I actually managed to get iron mode achievement without any crashes expect a bug in moscow, where i feel through the world and alas, i had no weapons...

Even worse though is that the last achievement in the main game i need is 30 kills with crossbow, at it just does not want to progress, it is stuck at 23.

I totally agree, in this current state, you could lose hours of progress just like that, frustrating to say the least.

Post system specs and game settings.

Generally, start with this in order by precedence:
try verifying files
try DX11
try not OCing so much
try disabling hairworks, physx, and/or tess
try clean installing new drivers
contact support

If you're having frequent crashes, I advise against iron mode until you can get it stable on your machine.

I don't have that much frequent crashes, but every crash in Iron Mode is aggravating.

What is OCing?

Thanks for the help.

Overclocking, don't use DX12 if you don't need RTX
