Missing chapters from chapter selection
I'm at the Caspian sea and wanted to restart the chapter, only to find that the selection doesn't go beyond Moscow. Did something fly over my head, what am I missing?

Does the summer/desert file exist within your save folder?

I am in this situation right now. I can only rely on my quick save/load. I guess I am stuck with the only option of getting a save from the internet once I've completed the game in order to have NG+ and access to all chapters.

Disable your steam cloud saves sync feature, and just rely on the saves in your saved-games files, and your save problems should disappear.

Somehow I got into the game today and it fixed itself. Didn't do anything.

I had this issue and I can confirm that I was able to access the full chapter select by disabling cloud saves.
