Anna ruined the Metro Exodus for me

Am really into Metro's story, played 2033 and was was interested in playing the next game, in Last Light we all met Anna, and since the first mission, where she abandons you in that field with the nazis and provides no sniper support, I stared hating her, even more, when we met again in the church nad she didnt even apolagize and mocked the protagonist. A proper c#nt I would call her, the fact Artyom had to go after her when she was obducted by Lesnitsky made me even more furious,. So now you get an idea to why I dislike her as a character. And in Metro Exodus its all about Artyom and her, about a character i dont care about i honesly got my hopes you that she will shortly die. but she didnt, i just wanted to get her out of my way, but she would keep appearing throughout the game. And after that i have quit playing returned the PS4 alng with the metro games to my friend who borrowed them to me and dont plan on getting it back to complete Exodus :D . So this discussion is just for me to start a convo on this topic, its not that i want to complain but i want to hear your thoughts about this. What do you think? :)

She's just Mocking in Last Light. Thinking Artyom isn't such a big deal until later when she sees him in action. She tried to save him in the DLC mission but couldn't reach him in time. A shame so many people make such quick conclusions just based on what they see in the main game. To be fair the script of the main game doesn't lend itself much leeway because we, the player, see everything from the pov of Artyom and can't see what Anna is doing and thinking.

well ye, from artyoms pov she acted as a b*tch and i disliked her, thats why i didnt care for her nor her DLC, so i didnt bother playing it. Maybe if in the main story she at least didnt talk ♥♥♥♥ and was a bit more thankful for artyoms acts id have changed my opinion right away.

I found her fawning annoying. I didn't choose her. Devs should have allowed the player to make a choice.

idk how the book goes, but they should have had her appear less often in Exodus' story.

whatever your problems with anna are, there is no denying this game has full corsair RGB support which cancels out anything bad with the characters/writing whatsoever
