Annoying Heartbeat Sound in Opening Level
I've retried the first level three times and every time I get to the part when you activate the turntable and the floor is blasted out from under you, I get a constant loud heartbeat noise like I've sprinted for too long that won't go away. Anyone else having this problem?

Nope part of the game, if you noticed Anna had to help him on the train.

Huh... I swear this wasn't happening on my first playthrough

Have you found a solution to your heartbeat problem? I decided to go through the game again, but I had this bug, it's very annoying!

This does seem to be a bug. In some of my own playthroughs, that sound was there, sometimes it wasn't.

I suspect that Artyom takes some kind of damage during that fiery fall near the end, and you can't heal it with a medkit for some reason.

There are variety of other audiobugs. I had persistent action music play for 45 minutes after I left the slave ship. First I shot almost everyone in the dark, the rest surrendered. Then I saved and quick loaded and for some reason the npc's weren't in surrendered state anymore but started shooting me. The music I speak of only ended after taking out the sniper at the tower some 40-ish minutes later, but for some reason the car that brings soldiers to re-take the tower never spawned. Weird stuff.
I had that combat music bug in my very latest playthrough. I disabled music for the rest of the Caspian level because of it.
