Cannot Enter Railcar

Hey everyone, so I'm at the Lair and I've opened the door and hit any levers necessary. I simply cannot enter the railcar and I'm wondering if anyone has found a fix for this. I tried looking for an action button to get inside, tried jumping, etc. Thank you

if you have done everything the use button should work if your next to the railcar

Just realized that I actually had to go back to base to trigger the storyline and also get the parts actually enter the dsng rail car lol
