Oh, right.....
I'm lefthanded and use the arrow keys for movement
But then wsad in the selector don't work
So I have to use the standard righthanded keys
So I move the keyboard to the right
So I now have to look at the keyboard to hit the right key
The world is a cruel place for the lefthanded
Change your key binding in the settings of the game
There are plenty of keys within finger-reach of the arrows to bind to other operations.
Never could figure out why those four letters are the default in just about every game. And most games put other default keys close to and among those keys, so you're constantly risking hitting the wrong one during those moments when taking your attention from the screen to check will likely get you killed or spotted.
'Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl' had the medkit key right next to the key to open your PDA in default. So you either get shot and end up reading your task list instead of healing, or you opt to look at your PDA and waste a medkit instead. The worst ones were the 'save' and 'reload last save' keys - right next to each other, so in trying to save after a difficult fight, you end up reloading the previous save and having it all to do again. They get rebound at opposite ends of the keyboard to ensure that never happens.
