Game won't start - Specs Issues and KB 2670838
When trying to start up the game, it says my specs aren't enough to run it and that I'm missing the windows update KB 2670838

Note: I played over 23 hours of this game at lunch, and these issues only began appearing now after the DLC was released. Anybody knows how to sort it out?

maybe opening command prompt as admin and running the sfc /scannow command will help!
At least it does sometime fix problems with W10 updates, so worth a try :)

Nope, I haven't gotten it resolved. Tried running it as an admin, compability mode and whatnot, and guess what? No fix. Maybe I'll try what Gary said, but I'm not too hopeful....

I have the same issue too, ran it perfectly a few playthoughs after launch with no issue now i cant even run it due to the damn windows thing.
