Were Ty action figures ever planned?

And was wondering if they were somehow prototypes for a merchendise line, since I can't find any other trace of possible ty action figures online.

I'm guessing the picture is from this, the image seems to be similar to what is seen eight seconds in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJ6-N0Gjkl0 It's of a "zoetrope" (and I have no idea what that means. According to Wikipedia, "A Zoetrope is one of several pre-film animation devices that produce the illusion of motion by displaying a sequence of drawings or photographs showing progressive phases of that motion.").

We did do a small run of collectible TY figuers in 2010. There was only ever 100 of them and sadly we've only got a couple left. We hope to get some new ones done because the first batch were pretty awesome and frankly I want more TY characters as figures. Here's a shot of TY with a Mario Amiibo for scale.

Sell them again please!!! Just realized you had them on kickstarter just a few years ago and am kicking myself lol
