And yes getting on the roof of the tower is a bit of a pain. You will just have to jump out the side of the first tower from the same floor as the button and turn around as fast as you can and hope Ty is able to land on the roof without hitting the bottom of it instead. This may take practice.
The roof of “button tower” has the beginning of the rope you want to jump on to glide over to “cog tower”. The third tower next to “cog tower” is completely irrelevant.
Getting on top of the roof will take practice because there isn’t a proper platform for you to jump from to get ontop of the roof.
The best way I can describe it is start at “button tower” get as close to the edge of the tower as possible, to the point where Ty is looking down at the ground below. Jump out of the tower slightly so your head doesn’t hit the roof. Then hope that Ty jumped high enough for you to quickly turn around and land on the roof instead of hitting it. It’s a very annoying puzzle.
