Adjust Resolution

Is there a way to adjust the resolution or put the game into Windowed mode on launch? For some reason the game is appearing about 1/4 off of the screen and I cannot acceess any options or buttons.

I came here looking for help with the same issue. I know you posted this a while ago but for anyone else having this issue, here's what worked for me. I went to the .exe file for the game, then went to properties and then the "Compatability" tab. Then check the box next to "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". I've had the issue on a few other games in the past and thankfully it worked on this one as well.
