As an owner of the game, I also wonder the same.

The developer has been active when I purchased, but have not seen much communication for at least two months now.

Starting to look like yet another abandoned EA game. Dev has not logged into their account for over 90 days, no updates nor messages.

After 2 months after last update and with lack of response - I'd like to know if it is still being in development, if not well I guess it's back to refund process :/

Yes, there are some negotiations going on behind the scenes that I can't quite speak of yet. But definitely trying to get things aligned.

Here's hoping for a revival.

The game has a great potential. Would be a shame if all the work you already put in went to waste.

Looking more and more that this game is not going to be updated anytime soon. Would be nice if we got some official response instead of silence.

There won't be any; any response will be directly after multiples of refund cases due to false advertising; and even these most likely will fail; Anyone knows any good lawyer?

No good lawyer will touch this, EA's contract is specifically worded to include full indemnity of the creator and/or Valve against any made claims and/or non-deliveries.
