I was wondering if I could download the ost anywhere because I couldn't find it at all and it didn't even come with the game which is sad

They messed up big time not putting up the OST for sale. The only way to get it is through not-very-conventional means.

Try searching in any online JP shops or go to Akihabara Japan if you want to do some OST digging.
