what does the title mean?

There are a lot of nonsensical titles in the realm of Japanese fighting games, but this might be the worst one I've seen. I'm not knocking the game at all (haven't played it, but I assume it's good), but its name sounds completely random. Can anyone explain it to me?

I think I've already seen even worse, but yeah.

Melty blood -> it has vampires, in particular one that drips blood from his eyes
Act -> one of the many references to theater, in part due to how the main antagonist's power works (spreading rumors and lies of vampires, and materialising them on the full moon).
Again -> it's not the first game
