2. If the game does not start, wait about 5 minutes for the game window to appear.

Change the MenOfValor.ini file

Make the file "Read only"!
Do you know how to change game difficulty (eg: from easy to normal, hard, etc) directly in the settings or configuration files ?
Because if i click on the option icon in game, the game suddenly end and i have to re-open it. I use windows 10.
Is there any settings in the files such as "user.ini" or settings.ini , where I can change the difficulty level without clicking in game on the option icon ?

This worked for me, except I also had to delete \SYSTEM\MenOfValor.ini
