1. Launch the game in window mode.
2. If the game does not start, wait about 5 minutes for the game window to appear.
3. Options in the game menu are not working, so we don't go there.
4. Start the game and then click ALT + Enter to have a full screen.

Changing the game options:
Change the MenOfValor.ini file

Go to the file X: \ SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ common \ Men of Valor \ SYSTEM \ MenOfValor.ini and set:

[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
FullscreenViewportX=1920
FullscreenViewportY=1080
MinDesiredFrameRate=144.000000 or 60
TextureDetailInterface=High
TextureDetailTerrain=High
TextureDetailWeaponSkin=High
TextureDetailPlayerSkin=High
TextureDetailWorld=High
TextureDetailRenderMap=High
TextureDetailLightmap=High

[D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice]
DetailTextures=True
HighDetailActors=True
SuperHighDetailActors=True
UseTripleBuffering=True
DesiredRefreshRate=144 or 60
LevelOfAnisotropy=16

[Editor.EditorEngine]
FovAngleDegrees=130.000000

Make the file "Read only"!

I add my two cents with the "option" problem.
Do you know how to change game difficulty (eg: from easy to normal, hard, etc) directly in the settings or configuration files ?
Because if i click on the option icon in game, the game suddenly end and i have to re-open it. I use windows 10.
Is there any settings in the files such as "user.ini" or settings.ini , where I can change the difficulty level without clicking in game on the option icon ?
Thanks

if options dont work just delete
\SYSTEM\User.ini
\SYSTEM\PROFILE_Shepard

This worked for me, except I also had to delete \SYSTEM\MenOfValor.ini
