Game doesn't even launch

Bought the Panzer pack with Phase One (wich works perfect) and Cold War, its the only game that doesn't work, tried installing vcredist 2015 and it just gives me the error "0x80240017" and, running via steam folder gives me the error "api-ms-win-stdio-runtime-I1-1-0.dll missing".

Is there a solution to this problem?.

i just found in other thread, they suggest to uninstall vcredist 2015 and then install it again from the game folder

same, i cant even install it from the folder, the setup says error happened during install

i found out i cant run any game which needs vc redist 2015, under win 7

phase 2 worked on my potato laptop with legal win 10, after just first install :D

well this is is something microsoft and valve needs to needs to fix first hand
but question is why this old game even needs c++2015, not even the new doom game needs it.
and phase one runs fine without c++2015

Ok, i've found the fix, i just used windows update and the applied another file (vcredist 2015 for Windows 8.1).

Hi, did anyone get an error like this one when launching the game? Phase I works fine, as well as Cold War, but I am unable to launch Phase 2.

No idea, you should contact Nordic Game's customer support, that must be a missing file i think.

Ok i got it to load you need to run it in window mode, for the game too not run the error. But it runs a problem where you can't scroll around the map with your mouse.
