work around for windows 10

as shown in the picture, game works fine, just launch the game once, and it fails but makes a config file in the main install location, just edit it and input your own desktop resolution (mine was 1920x1080) and exit saving the file.

as long as all the games prerequisites are installed, game works fine on windows 10 32/64 latest versions
