Hi! Windows developer here. I'm really sorry to hear it zapped your progress, I thought that problem had been resolved.
Can you email us the .log files from %APPDATA%\inkle\Sorcery so I can take a look?
The "support & troubleshooting" has more details on useful steps you can take. I'm afraid you probably won't be able to recover your progress, though, from the sounds of it.
