Save game editor for 1.40 ?

Is there a good save game editor (edit planets, money, whatever) still out there for the 1.40 version? Did some searching on this thread and online but kept only coming up with editors for the 1.50 version. Appreciate the info/link if there is, thanks anyway if not.

There is a Corion 2 utility for these needs. Only you need version 1.0 http://moo2.nirran.com/

About 2/3 down, this one correct?

And Save#.gam are the save files in the directory IIRC.

Edit: Works, saw the UI and recalled using it years ago too, thanks!
