MoO 2 custom race picks
I got the game from GoG games, version 1.40b23

Is there a way to turn off the -10 custom race pick limit and make every system contain 4-5 planetary bodies?

You can edit race picks witht he race picks mod set them all to zero so you can play on ultra masochist difficulty feudal, -1 science, uncreative AND repulsive. you can also cheat typing in cheat codes to get all tech, or get 1000 BC.
