It does, I haven't tried it though so I can't tell you if it is any good or not. But the menus have options for Keyboard controls.

Was worried as well about how decent it would be, but after reaching level 17 using mouse and keyboard I can say it's very good. I've had zero problems doing anything in the game using them. The only thing that might bring you trouble is the fact that the game controls are still all said in the PS4 way, thus you'll have to play around a little bit to get the hang of it, half hour tops though for that.
