Serious Sam 3: BFE

SS3:BFE Bad Framerate?
My Specs: GTX 660 Ti
Athlon ii x4 640
4 GBS Ram
1 TB HDD
Windows 7 64 Bit

Okay, for some reason, Serious Sam 3 gives my friend and I bad framerate (My friend has a 560 Ti and a i5-2500k) and we keep freezing and getting bad frames throughout the game. It only doesn't lag if I set the Graphics setting to "Lowest", and if I change EVEN ONE GRAPHICS SETTING, it starts getting about 40 or less. It shouldn't be doing this at all. I've tried reinstalling, console commands, framerate fix threads, etc. and I'm out of ideas.

Anyone have a similar problem, or a fix?

Three things come to mind first:
#1 Perhaps your expectation of framerate is different than what autoadjust does. Autoadjust in this game is tuned for 30fps. So yeah, you must lower the settings manually if you are aiming for 60. And not just GPU speed, but also CPU speed. Especially since the GPU is higher up the curve than the CPU.
#2 Log shows you autodetect set you for High/Ultra/Ultra and you switched it to Ultra/Ultra/Ultra. Why? Have you tried lowering the CPU speed setting _together_ with the GPU speed setting?
#3 Might be that you are experiencing some rare jittering or jolting that manifests as lowering the average FPS. Please run with prf_bShowFPSGraph=1 and send us a screenshot and a matching log when you see such an drop in performance that you are trying to solve.

I set it at Ultra Ultra Ultra to experiment earlier. Even if I set my CPU to "lowest" and gpu to "low" it still lags quite a bit. I only get good fps if I set gpu to "lowest". I'll send a screenshot and log in a sec. I'll also use medium presets.

EDIT: Screenshot: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=203327130
As you see it fluctuates quite a lot but is mostly at or under 30 fps (all medium presets)

EDIT 2: Log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/04fpvoa0ym4uedz/Sam3lognew.log
If you see I'm using console commands, I'm not a noob (at least I think), I just wanted to not get killed so I could get a good screenshot. Which I still died. (So I guess I am bad lol)

Sorry, I was expecting Den[CT] to look into this. I hope he'll see this thread on Monday. From your screenshot it does look like it is too slow, and probably something is wrong in the options, but he will be able to say more.

(sorry for the delay) :(
RetroFan, are we talking here about multi-player, or this issue is also present in single-player game mode?

Both. I get really bad framerate in the campaign mode (single and multi), but in survival, I get 60+ fps on ultra.

Ok, how exactly low is your "low FPS"? (I need something to work with.)
From what I saw in that screenshot up there, 39FPS is pretty much fine for your GPU. If that's on "high" or "ultra" setting, not lower! :)

Yeah i also had a really crazy lag experience in multiplayer! (my ping was only 999 at times lol)

What's your anti-virus?

Try to desactivate it temporary to test it too.
