Will modding serious difficulty affect the achievement? Like, let's say if I have unlimited ammo checked in my custom difficulty settings, and then I play like I would and beat the level without dying or loading, will it still give me the achievement, or the serious difficulty must be completely unmodded?

then YES will can still get the achievement.

DO NOT play the game Directly through Moddable Version at Prompt when starting the game.
Achievements WILL NOT work on moddable version

He doesn't mean using "moddable version" he means a "[F2] custom game" where you change settings to increase/decrease the difficulty. I assume any customizations at all won't let you get acheivements that mention the difficulty mode. So if the achievement says " do this one serious mode" they mean serious mode, no customizations, all default. When you play a game with customized difficulty, you are no longer playing any of the default difficulties, that's why at the top of the setting it says "base difficulty: ______" you are going off of that mode but no longer playing at that difficulty.

Last I heard, you can customize Serious difficulty and still get it. Infinite Ammo should be fair game.

That's awesome. Achievement unlocking in this game is pretty buggy so i'm surprised. I just beat a match in Beast Hunt and i still don't have the acheivement for "Play a match of Beast Hunt".

Can someone else comfirm that this is possible please? I have atempted this achievement for 3 times now and i have only come so far to lose right before the final boss...

If I could play with infinite ammo and still get the achievement that would bbe so great.

I already tried but i failed 2 times right before the boss.... khnum and kleers just keep coming like jehovah's witnesses... I was so amazed I could not believe how i made it till there without infinite ammo a few months back...
