how do you equip the sirian mutilator?

Doesnt seem to be a key to bind to it, can't scroll to it.

You first have to find it, the game doesn't start with it equipped.

i did find it, can't seem to re-equip it, logging back in to make sure im not retarded and can somehow select it.

edit: So it seems you select it by holding the fists key, which is kind of bizarre.
