Black screen at the end of the game (spoilers)

[Gentleman Bird]

After beating the CEO and listening to the Leader's plan, the game goes to a black screen with music still playing. Nothing other than exiting the game will exit the black screen.

Edit: I looked it up and the black screen occurs when the end credits are supposed to play
