Weird mouse control.
Mouse feels really off, almost as if I have VSync enabled when I don't. Any fix?

That's not the complete solution, here's a little more info...

For correct mouse input, turn "Sharp Turning" ON, "Smoothing" OFF and "Mouse Acceleration" ON (this is not variable acceleration as in other games).

It work for me, the mouse control feels a lot better (I've a Steel Series Rival 5 mouse).
NOTE: This even work for SS SE, and SS Revolution (SS Re don't have smooth option, so only you need turn ON "Sharp Turning" and "Mouse Acceleration" ON.
