Need help connecting Radiomaster TX8 transmitter with the game

I have a Radiomaster TX8 - it seems it is not recognized by velocidrone and LiftOff. It doesn't seem like it is getting recognized as a controller when I plug it into my PC. Could this be an issue as well? (when I plug it in, it is recognized as a USB, and I can see files in the controller).

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!
