Permafrost map Hidden UFO lamp Easter Egg?

When you spawn into the Permafrost map then fly NW to the glass dome igloo village, there appears to be a single street lamp that glows green. When you touch the lamp (that's shaped like a UFO) it glows bright green, emits a green tractor beam, and makes noise. Is this just an Easter Egg? Does this unlock something else?

I couldn't find anything on this so please share your thoughts, if you could replicate, or if you have more knowledge.
