If verifying the game files didn't help, then most likely your system is not meeting the system requirements (not enough memory), or there's something else broken on the system that prevents it from loading properly, e.g. broken driver or directx.
I also had such assumption.
So I have the next config:
Ryzen 5700x - loaded ~10-15% while playing
GTX 1650 - loaded 100% while playing but on other levels it's also 100% and they work properly
RAM 2x8GB 2133MHz DDR4 - while some levels are loaded I see how loading of RAM is raising but it seems within the limit of 16 gb, for example it shows 10...10.5...10.7...11...12... and then unity error is shown so it doesn't seem like RAM. And last times I closed Chrome, slack, telegram, etc to free maximum RAM usage but it doesn't help.
SSD
I play on 2K resolution with fantastic config.
Which driver are you reffering to?
Thanks for the additional information. In case you want my to take a deeper look into your issue, feel free to send over the log file to team@lugus-studios. You can find the log file on your system by following the instruction on this support page: https://www.liftoff-game.com/support?topic=3&category=15&post=172
But could you please clarify email domain? .be?
And also it seems like an issue because you gave me direct link to article on your site but it opens main support page and I had to find this article by myself. Seems like a bug :)
And I've noticed the link doesn't always work. In Firefox it sometimes links to the main page. I've attached a screenshot of the support path here: https://i.imgur.com/90jWSlu.png
Great! Thanks for the update on how you resolved this issue. :)
