How to change rendering option to Vulkan or OpenGL?

Hello how to change rendering option to Vulkan or OpenGL?
When stating the game its direct me to the game, no option to choose Vulkan or OpenGL.
Trying to relogin steam but it still direct me to the game.

weird i still get the prompt to choose between vulkan and default when i want to start the game. there was a thread about this about a month ago

but there a simple restart of steam did the trick i asume that is what you meant by "trying to relogin steam"?
