Liftoff Gift Boxes and Badges
Can someone explain what the "gift boxes", listed in my profile, are? Also, how to access badges? Thanks

Hi TorgueRoller,

Gift boxes can be opened in the workbench and contain cosmetic skins for frames, props, antennas and cameras. You receive these by just playing the game :)

There's 2 badges; the 2018 Champions Badge and the Community Award badge. The Champion badge can be won by winning a Liftoff Pro League tournament, the Community badge is awarded by the dev team to community members who are simply awesome! :)

how to open these giftboxes? i clicked it ,doesnt open. tried every key on my keyboard, wont open. also wont let me leave by pressing esc.....

You just need to click on the Giftbox when it's zoomed in on it. I tested it out in my version and I could open it without issues.

If this continues being an issue, feel free to send your log file to team@lugus-studios.be so we can have a look what goes wrong on your end.

Same issue since the latest patch. It zooms in on the loot box, click it and nothing happens. In fact, it locks the game up and I need to Alt+F4. This is happening on two PCs. I'll email the log in.

P.S. Will ever be new maps soon?

I'm currently investigating this issue. Will push a fix live as soon as I have one.
