PIDs were a real pain in the ass with this quad, and it took lots of effort to figure out what works, and I am still not sure if it's "perfect" yet...Would love if someone could find some better PIDs for this.

What ever setup M4lina is using is clearly the fastest though...I've had practically flawless runs, and their time is still a good 7 whole seconds faster...which is just insane. M4LINA SENPAI, WHATS YOUR SETUP?!
Edit:
I am now using the Sleek Frame with DrPatso's setup for my fast drone. I still love the 180 quad prop setup for tight courses with lots of turns, but the Sleek setup is by far the faster of the two and truely excels at the straightaway runs.
Posted a time only 2 seconds off of M4lina, so we've found the setup...I talked with them, and apparently the only thing unique that they are doing is flying with 1080 Rate, which seems a bit extreme, but I have upped my rates on all my quads to: 720, 720, 420 which seems make a significant increase to handling and overall control.
Any idea what kind of expo they are running with teh 1080 rates?
After playing around for a bit I managed to get the 180 flying with no real oscillations unless you really try to upset it by doing 180 turns at full throttle.
This is my setup;
Borrum 180 with the Race Spec 5S pack, 8Min motors, HG 4040 prop and 30 degrees tilt.
P all set to 0.4
I all set to 0.07
D all set to 0
800 rates on both pitch and roll, 500 for yaw.
1.4 expo for both pitch and roll, 1.2 for yaw.
Finally managed to break 60 seconds on Straw Bale with it which I was happy with considering the 35 degree tilt. Might have to fix that and have another crack.

Any chance you've updated your quad for the current version of Liftoff? Would love to see the updated settings.
