I see you're already aware that your system is not meant for gaming. Your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements listed on the Steam store page, but we've seen the game run on far less capable systems. So I'd say that you will indeed be able to play, but I must emphasise that we can't guarantee smooth flight behaviour now or in the future.
If you decide to go ahead, make sure to turn the graphics settings to "Fastest" with all effects turned off (Ambient Occlusion, Motion Blur, ...) and see if it plays well and crank up from there if you decide you want more visual fidelity.
If the game remains unplayable, you can get a refund from Steam if you have under 2 hours of play.
