How good are the missions themselves?
How much do they vary?
If you play on Easy with Wing Diver, chances are you can blast through it MUCH faster than say Hard with Ranger
I'm on like hour 50 and haven't gotten too far past the half-way completion point (in terms of levels)
I have been trying all the classes
The first 20ish missions are shorter and easier than the rest, so sometimes you see people swinging by to go "LOL I played 0.3 hours and refunded because too EZ" before they see their first all out war with giant robots, dropships spitting out more enemies until you kill those too, etc.
Mission 26 is your first taste of what "A normal amount of weak enemies" can be like down the line, for example. But universally everyone saying "LOL EZ refunded" don't even go that far. With a few edge cases of "LOL I'm using inferno weapons on lower difficulty!" or "LOL My air raider would die in one hit, but I'm inside inferno drop vehichles with inferno health, therefore that must mean inferno is easy!"
Even if you are playing Normal while using hard mode drops, it can take time, and that's just on one class (class progression is seperate, but shared for solo.co-op. But the mission list stays cleared, though solo and multiplaier mission list progress is seperate).
There's tons of content in the game with almost 100 levels and four classes with wildly different playing styles, so it can be played for a long time if you want to do everything.
Even normal takes until 3/4 through the game to start getting some variety and stop handing you awkward prorotypes of what will eventually become your favorite weapon type.
Hard is my favorite difficulty (once you've bulked up yout health some to take hits), so I tend to start normal then transition to Hard, though stealing hard weapons along the way, because it has the best minumum/Maximum drop range for it's difficulty.
Hard, the worst you will see is level 10-20 weapons. And the you wont see anything lower than 20 past mission #35 or so.
Hardest meanwhile, fills out your drops table RNG with level Zero-10 stuff (Which is too weak for Hard mode to even bother putting on it's drop table) until you are almost done.
If you roll on Easy mode, you'll blast through swiftly.
If you mean collect every weapon, and beat every difficulty mode, you're looking at ages.
Blade x said it pretty well.
I've been playing this game for years and years.
ps3 2025 standpoint.
nah ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ chinese game
In the end only you can figure out what game you personally want to buy.
If you do end up getting it, hit me up.
I have no issue jumping in and wasting some bugs with you, if you play counterstrike you'd most likely have decent combat sense; not jumping in front of people etc, staying in combat zones for objectives; ships and bug holes in this case.
I think you'd be good.
But ether way man, best of luck.
It's not from China
