ノートPCです。

## 症状
ゲーム起動後ゲームウィンドウは表示されるが、
真っ白で何も表示されない。
表示されないだけでゲームパッド、キーボード、マウスからの操作は受け付けており動作は正常。音も聞こえる。

## 症状発生までの経緯
ゲームをインストールし、立ち上げて設定をフルスクリーン、解像度 1920x1080 にして何度かゲーム終了→最立ち上げを行っている。その際は問題なくプレイ出来た。
ゲーム終了後、PCをシャットダウンし、再度PCの電源をONしてから上記症状が出ておりゲームの進行ができない。
ゲームの再インストール、ゲームキャッシュの整合性を確認…、何度かPCの再起動を行ったが、症状が改善せず、途方にくれている。

* DirectX 12

## State
Although the game started after the game window is displayed,
Nothing is displayed other than white.
The progress of the game's normal.
Operation from game pad, keyboard and mouse are accepted.
Sound is heard.

## Story
1. Install the game.
2. I have changed the settings on the game, in full screen and resolution 1920x1080.
3. I ran "game of shutdown" and "launched".
4. I was able to play game without any problems.
5. After the end of the game, I was shut down my laptop.
6. The above symptoms are emerging from the then ON the power of the laptop. I can not play the game.
7. I tried to "re-install" and "verify the integrity of the game cache".
8. I ran the restart of several times a laptop.
9 do not improve. I'm at a loss.

How did you do this? I am having this issue, but I have no idea how to give the game access to my documents. I am trying to reinstall to my C: drive. I have all other games installed to a secondary HDD, and those have no issues writing to the Documents folder for saves. I figured why not see if changing the default Steam folder would help.
Installing to the C: drive did not fix the issue. I can't get this game to play at all, or more accurately I can't get past the blank message box on the title screen.

**UPDATE** Open Windows Explorer, Right click on My Documents/Documents, Properties, Security. Make sure that all listed users have full access to this folder. This should fix the issue if you are having the same issues I was.

ウィンドウモードでプレイ中にAlt+TABで他のウィンドウに切り替えてからゲームに切り替えるとウィンドウの位置が真ん中に戻ってしまいます。

Edit: Solved. This was a problem with the server version of Windows, not a problem with the game.

Anyone running the server version of Windows will need to get the unofficial xinput installer from here (Note, you may have to copy/paste the link instead of clicking on it.):

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2, 64 bit (which is just the server version of Windows 7)
DirectX: Version 11
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon R9 390, 8GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T

When I start the game, I just get a box with japanese text in the title, and the content is only "xinput9_1_0.dll".

After clicking "OK", the game just gets stuck at a black screen. Hitting ctrl-alt-delete and bringing up the task manager shows the "EDF41.exe has stopped working" message.

I've also tried the unofficial AMD patch, but it does the same thing either way, and I didn't see anyone else mentioning an xinput message, so I suspect this might be a slightly different issue.


Also, I should mention that I did run the directx setup file in the game's "_CommonRedist" folder, just in case it hadn't run properly the first time. Re-running it didn't fix anything though.

Edit: I've also tried plugging in my Xbox 360 controller before playing, since the requirements mention having a controller. That didn't change anything either though.

Same. It's still playable, I guess but it looks terrible.

Same. It's still playable, I guess but it looks terrible.

I really hope someone finds a way to fix this soon. The game runs great but this is killing it for me. It gets quite difficult to see on missions with lots of Hectors/explosions.

スクリーンショットの張付け方がよく分かりませんが、エラーメッセージは

ゲーム自体は普通に遊べているのですが、ウィンドウズモードで画面の位置を動かしても
他のウィンドウをクリックした途端にPC画面中央に戻ってしまいます。
ALTERなどの外部ツールで画面を動かしても同様に戻ってしまいます。
このままでは非常に遊びづらいので対応お願い致します。
