Report a translation problem
If you are able to locate the Save Data there, you should make sure that it is not set to "Read Only", because that would cause the game to be unable to save.
If anything fails you could try to verify the integrity of the game files.
(what if i did all that and it keeps switching itself back to a read only file after the fact?)
I think this has something to do with being recognised as the Administrator by your computer.
I'm not sure if that's the case, but I encountered simular issues on my PC where files kept making themself hidden or read-only.
I could solve the problem for myself by using a programm that adds the option to "Take Ownership/Resore Rights" for the file.
The program is called "Take Ownership" and is free.
