Serious Sam HD: TSE Update 208679

Build 208679 for Serious Sam Serious Sam HD: TSE is released.

Here are the changes:

Bug fixes:
- Fixed collision on Triple Trouble survival map.
- Fixed an issue where setting cld_iMaxThreads cvar to zero would prevent collision from working.

Every bugfix they do is like 100~mb, it's pretty annoyning personally.

The classics and remade HD are cult games. I am surprised the games have still not given Steam cards. many classic arcade pixel games now these days have started putting out Steam cards [Uriel Chasm, Postal, Victim of Xen, Telegitches, etc.] Please give is Steam cards for HD at least. The main maps and environments will make a great subject. I would do anything for an Ugh Zhan trading card seriously! SS2 had some awesome bosses and could also use cards as a boost. That game is still fun to play for mindless action on a boring afternoon.
