Is co op shorter than playing single player?????

been playing this with my daughter and it just seems like some maps are skipped maybe? Or are we just plowing through the game? I don't remember co op going this fast

just weird I guess. my daughter is 5 so I figured she'd slow me down. I guess with respawning via lives makes it go faster.

speaking of lives, is there a way to play the single player mode iwth lives and the ability to earn extra lives? My first experience with Serious Sam was the Original Xbox version. It was a lot of fun racking up lives via the point system.

There's a multiplayer game mode called coin co-op, where you share lives with other players. You earn additional lives by getting points from killing enemies, finding secrets and collecting items. In my opinion this mode is a lot better than the classic one, because you have to worry about lives and you can't respawn infinite times.
You can play singleplayer with lives by starting server in multiplayer, and setting min, and max players to 1, so nobody will join your game.

I would say that depends on your settings, like: difficulty, extra HP for enemies, extra HP for enemies per player, more enemies in MP, infinite ammo on/off, infinite lives or not. You can have quite different gaming experiences if you tweak these settings.
