Ordinary Routine Glitch with Paulie and Sam [Solved]

The issue is a bug in mission 4 "Ordinary Routine" which after I get into the car Ralph showed me Paulie and Sam simply do not enter the vehicle with me. I've tried redoing the mission numerous times and trying to get their attention to no avail with the same result every time and as you've probably figured without those 2 guys I cannot proceed with the mission.

I suppose I'm only consoled by the fact that I got this game for free during the free giveaway special this year. But I am unfortunately still bummed as I was having a good time with it until the glitch.

Any help would be appreciated should other users have come across this glitch and found a solution.

I feel so dumb I just had to go up the stairs thanks to visit Vinzenzo.

You don't need to leave the are to visit hes shop, Long time ago i did some testing and Sam/Paulie won't get inside car before visiting Vinzenzo.

You can find him upstairs next to the exit.

1) Talk to Vincenzo to get some weapons. (wait for him in front of his desk if he's not already there).
2) Talk to Ralph and either get that car he's giving you or other 4 seats car.
3) Stay still and just turn on the engine,Sam and Paulie will then enter the car.
4) At the final destination you will find a Tommy gun and a medkit upstairs in a room and in the bathroom.
5) The dogs bite you and you get damaged.
