Seen a guy walking down the street with a dog head instead of a human head. Any one else see this same thing? I posted a screenshot on the community hub. Blue suit and a dog head.

Also, I was on the last side mission to steal a car. The mission was to follow a woman from the hotel back to her apartment and then go back and report.

I straight up saw this as a kid playing this game and right this very second remembered it and had to Google it. So I wasn't crazy!!!! I tried showing my friends but I could NEVER find it. And I played a ridiculous amount of Mafia when I was a kid.
