problem launching the game

After installing from steam the game won't launch when I click on the game icon or nothing happens. Does anyone know what to do with it?

So I found the solution. Just run CMD as administrator and paste

REG COPY "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Illusion Softworks\Mafia" "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Illusion Softworks\Mafia" /s /f

You must run to the folder and start setup.exe, then start game.exe and I think it will work, at least for me

Widescreen fix should fix it. Just search internet, the widescreen fix solution was first to pup up.

Works, thanks. You copy all those files over these in main folder of the game in steam path
