19 - 06 Moonlighting - Lucas Berton 2 (Horn bug) need help!

Hi guys,

I'm stuck on this mission of bank robbery and i'm supposed to hunk the horn in front of Paul apartment, but nothing happens and he won't come down from his apartment.

Any ideas please?

Same here, I restarted the mission many times with many different car, doing and not doing the Lucas’ side quest and Paulie never shows off…
Have find a solution ?

Try to wait till that escape car parks, then steal it.

(1): High 90+ FPS causes several issues, try to attempt to lock it is below 90
(2): Make sure that you have the task a go for Paulie and not something else.
(3): Try parked the car on exact mark on the radar and honk more seconds.

(OPT): The game on Steam is in a crazy state, as I could see several times. I recommend download the original and preferably the retail version 1.0

You need to go pick up Paulie right after Yellow Pete, if you go to Lucas first he might not come out.

I got this bug too, after taking the car and go to Paulie, he wont come down

But i fix it by load the save to where you and Paulie go out of the bank for the first time. Then the mission will tell you to go to Yellow Pete and get car from Lucas.

Just steal car from the street and go to Yellow Pete, after you take the gun. Go to Paulie Apartement.

Maybe FPS higher than 60 or specific car cause this bug. I watch youtube walktrough he not doing Lucas mission, then i follow his walktrough and yeah its works.
