Major bug at Morello's Bar mission

So I'm doing the mission titled Molotov Party, and I'm at the bar. Problem is, there's supposed to be 3 cars to destroy, with a 4th in the garage as a getaway car, but only one is actually parked in the yard. Is this mission bugged, or am I missing something?

Yes I'm on Windows 10 but what does that have to do with anything? OS shouldn't matter with in-game bugginess, especially since I had this same bug on the console version years ago.

I'm leaving that as a last resort, in hopes others see this post that had the same bug and know of a better solution. But, it's looking more and more likely that I'll just have to restart the mission.

How many frames per-second is the game running?

Don't know, but I ended up fixing my problem by restarting the mission over again as suggested

Make sure you're running at 62 fps while playing Mafia. If you're not, you should limit your framerate. Engine bugs are likely to happen if the game is running at more than 62 fps.
