It is the wii version ported to PC, with some additionnal informations from the PSP version (or whatever the sony portable console was called at the time).
Any and all port/remake/remaster done afterward had the same exact base story with the same exact mechanics and stages. Be it the Wii or DS or PSP version or whatever you can find.
Some had a bonus side story, some had QoL updates. Some had widescreen support. None had actual graphic overhaul so what you see right now is no different from what was on the PS2 original.
We meet again, Hermuda triangle, friends blabla. or whichever you can think of. The main difference was the tacked on 4 hours long side story and the dungeon creation having a "randomise again" button instead of having to exit the menu and open it again. 4 or 5 new extra stages for the post game. and that's it. it's basically the same game with exclusive content for whichever console it was ported to at that time. I'm not even sure the side story content ever was anything different from what we have here on steam.
For clarification this Phantom brave PC is the exact same as "We meet again" and "Hermuda Triangle". minus the dungeon creation QoL. same for any version released after 2009.
