Better framerate when your island is full of junk, it got a bit choppy on psp when you were at the pop limit.
Otherwise its the same, no actual new content.
It does allow for key binding (even for the controller) and a sharper UI, but nothing game changing overall.
I do prefer it on PC because my setup is much more comfortable for long sessions than a portable console or my couch for the PS2 or wii, but if you had enough with your PSP version, there is nothing new here for you.
PSP has extra content over the Wii version.
The order is PS2 > Wii > PSP each one added a little more extra over the last (the PSP just added some extra characters, whilst the Wii version added that whole extra Another Marona scenario).
