Can't Full Screen no such Option...

I can only play in windowed atm, FullScreen option does not slide and when I press on "Windowed" to change it to full screen nothing at all happens.
If someone could help me out id appreciate.

There is a Full Screen. push right on the analog stick/keyboard or whatever.

i needed to change the aspect ratio to my screens setting before it would allow full screen

thanks guys , Full screen option does not come up for me but windowed borderless 16:9 is pretty close so its good enough

was saying btw that nothing happenes, there is a "sound" like when you scroll, but the highlighted option STAYS on windowed.

Like i would press right its *blip* still on windowed, its not like the Fullscreen option is grayed out upon selecting, it just does not appear the only option is windowed and it doesn't slide. Thats the problem here.

I think it's a bug, the feature works fine on my end.
Operating System: Windows 10
Graphics Card: Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500

Most Steam games including this one works better for me windowed.
I have played some of these game without Steam on the PC.
Another thing which points to Steam is when the game crashes Steam also crashes Steam Client Bootstrapper which can not be closed(then restarted).
