There's a few options that might be PC exclusives, for instance we have resolution options but the graphics aren't really touched up at the moment. There's some filtering available that wasn't on consoles.
Those are the console specific bonus packs for PSP and Wii respectively. You get some new story modes, extra story content in the main story, extra characters to unlock, a few more maps to battle on, etc.
You also have the Another Marona campaign unlocked from the start, that was in the original but you had to beat the game first before it would unlock.
Overall you're missing around 10 characters I think, mind you some of them are characters or classes that were always in the game but just weren't playable.
I mean whether or not it's worth it to you is entirely up to you. Ask yourself if you want to play the game again or not and if you think it'd be worth a buy.
I think it's worth it just to enjoy the game again and have a digital copy I can download at any time, anywhere on PC. The Graphics are very slightly better (some changes with the 3D renders and they're higher resolution, but the sprites are pretty much the same). I also consider that I can run it easily on a laptop, meaning I can set up the game basically anywhere without much effort and still have a larger screen with a good controller.

This version is essentially the PSP version, it has all the same content that one did, with the advantages of higher resolutions and not having phantom isle turn into a slideshow when you have alot of stuff summoned.
Whoops. I never finished the original PS game myself, and everything I read up on implied that Another Marona was in the original. Either way, it's in there on the PC port.
