Every YEar I am dissapointed we haven't got one yet.
Considering it's a game with "indie-like" 2D presentation (it could even be made in RPG maker without losing much features, as long as the same graphic assets were used), which means production cost wasn't that high, this seems to be a worthy game to receive a port.
I'd say that Nisa is probably more worried about the whole controversy when releasing games of this sort in the west, as stores are still unsure about how to handle them. Steam is very unpredictable. And then if they need to censor the game to release it here, people will review bomb it. So it's a complicated thing and maybe they just don't wanna deal with that anymore.
Other than that, the only option is to emulate the game. I don't know how is the Vita emulation community situation right now but last time I heard there wasn't much progress.
Censoring can go die in a fire for all I care personally.
